Pros: Solid buffet breakfast 2 blocks from Petra Nice staff Negatives: This hotel feels old and shabby. The rooms and the building itself is showing its age. I stayed in the 100 level and the ceilings are low, it reeks of cigarette smoke and chemical fragrance (I assume to mask the cigarette smoke), the decor is falling apart and the carpet was dirty. I showered with my sandals on. I love a good 3 star boutique hotel, but this needs additional renovation, at least in the 100 level rooms.

We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were not only friendly but genuinely hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile and make sure we had everything we needed. Their warm and professional attitude added a lot of value to our stay. The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean, with a pleasant atmosphere that made us feel at home. Our room was well-maintained and offered all the basic amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the best features of this hotel is its unbeatable location—it’s within walking distance to the entrance of Petra, which made our visit to the historical site much more convenient and enjoyable. After a long day of exploring, it was a relief to be back at the hotel within minutes. The breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety to start the day right. Overall, the combination of great service, comfort, and location made this stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Petra. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Do not believe any good reviews. Very poor value for money although close to the main site. Staff were eager to please and lovely but we stayed in the ‘new annexe’. I had a small very basic room provided with a small bath towel no hand or bath mat. So basic. Floor was gritty and hadn’t been swept. Basin not cleaned. Even breakfast and dinner we had paper cups. Breakfast was the worst of our whole trip. Very lacking in choice. Fruit was chopped apples. Coffee the weakest I’d had in Jordan with some cold milk. Dinner was included but dire.Dining room lacking in any atmosphere. Pay little more and go somewhere else.

This was undoubtedly the best hotel of our entire trip (15 days in Jordan and Israel). The hotel has a new and elegant look, with attention to detail as well; our room was impeccable, as was the bathroom. We visited this hotel as part of a package tour, for two nights with half board (this explains why I can't say anything about the costs). The breakfasts and dinners were also appreciable. The location is also convenient, just a few tens of meters from the entrance to Petra. Hot water in the rooms isn't present all day, but only a few hours in the morning and in the evening. But, being informed, this is not a serious problem.

Location is great very easy walk to the entry point to Petra gates. Staff hospitality friendly and the lentil soup and meatballs delicious at dinner. Agree with other breakfast is all you need but not spectacular. The room was clean. Provide water.
